VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM
Deadlines: Vendors must submit this registration form with payment prior to November 7, 2024. Refunds for cancellation of booth space are refundable up to October 25th, 2024 less an administration fee of $50. Payments are otherwise non-refundable. Receipts for payment will be sent by e-mail.
EXHIBITION INFORMATION
Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on November 19th, 2024. Truly Effortless Events reserves the right to assign all booth numbers, location and space configuration. Vendors and exhibitors planning to erect display equipment that may obstruct visibility must require prior approval from Truly Effortless Events .
Confirmation: Truly Effortless Events will provide confirmation within one week of receipt of your fully completed registration form and payment
Other: Services related to the tradeshow booth are the responsibility of each exhibitor. This includes, but is not limited to, costs such as: electricity, water, telephone/fax, internet, shipping, storage and handling. Once an exhibitor is registered and has provided payment, an exhibitor package will be provided with details and instructions on ordering and payment for additional services. Truly Effortless Events is not responsible for accepting or signing for shipments delivered in advance.
Booths (All booths are 10 x 10) – $325.00 Premium – $375.00: closer to where speakers are – where they will entering and exiting sponsor area Sponsor – $525.00 (limited, first come first serve): Where all speakers are, where Realtors will be having lunch, and Cocktails with the Realtors (where applicable) Logos Displayed at Event
